Etsy Purchase Information

In order to make a purchase, you must sign up for an Etsy account, which is free, and easy and, it is only a one time thing. (Once you register, you are good to go for all future purchases from any shop on Etsy). Registration only requires a valid email address. You will register for an account, and Etsy will immediately send a confirmation to your e-mail address. Simply confirm receipt of the e-mail and then you are set to go. How to pay at Etsy:

Making a purchase on Etsy is a 2 step process:

  1. Select an item to purchase and submit your order.
  2. Continue with the payment process through Pay Pal (no PayPal account needed)

 

After you select an item and submit your order, you then need to make payment. Etsy shops mainly handle payment through PayPal, which accepts major credit cards. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. Simply select the PayPal/Credit Card button, and it will walk you through the simple process. Please make payment directly after you place your order or at least within 24 hours.

Shipping

Pre-made bags are ready to ship. Custom orders take 2-4 weeks to ship.
All bags are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges on custom ordered bags.
Be sure to check the dimensions of a bag before you buy it!! If the bag is too small or too big once you receive it, we will only exchange the bag for another one that is already made in our shop or we will refund your money. We do not do exchanges on custom orders.
We will exchange non custom orders if they are returned within 3 days of receipt. You are responsible for paying for shipping on a returned or exchanged bag. There is also a 10% re-listing fee for any returned bag.
No refunds on any soiled or damaged returned/exchanged bags!
